Twice Upon a Marigold by Jean Ferris

The subtitle to this book is Part Comedy, Part Tragedy, Part Two.  Obviously this is book two, the sequel to Once Upon a Marigold.  That book ended with a royal wedding, a vanquished villainess, and the promise of happily ever after.  And you probably thought that was the end of the story.  Right?  Wrong!

Since Queen Olympia’s fatal fall into the river, Christian and Marigold, the new king and queen, have been living happily ever after.  For a year now, things have been perfect for them.  But everything changes the instant they find out that Olympia may not be as gone as they originally thought.
